Speaking Engagement Request Form

Terms of Service for Speaking Engagements 1. Attendance Requirement: A minimum of 15 individuals must attend. 2. Deposit: A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. 3. Cancellation Policy: - Cancellations made up to 48 hours prior to the event will receive a full refund. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the event. 4. Pricing: - Each attendee will be charged $30. - If fewer than 15 people attend, the full cost of ($450) will be applied. 5. Host's Responsibilities: - Secure the venue for the presentation. If a flatscreen is not available Ken will provide a projector and 100” flat screen. - Provide light refreshments for the guests. - Collect the attendance fees and provide them to Ken at the end of the event. - Ensure all participants agree to Ken Ambrose Spiritual Advisor's policies by participating. 6. Event duration: - Depending upon the number of attendees the event will last approximately 2 hours. - An open question and answer period is set aside for the last 30 minutes of the event..
